SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Diamond Lyfe Apparel Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Diamond Lyfe Apparel ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Diamond Lyfe Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Diamond Lyfe Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the merchandise has been received. All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Claims deemed a mistake on our part are covered at our expense.


If you notice a problem with the products or anything on order, please submit an email to info@focusedriven.com.
Once we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. 


Wrong Address - If you provide an address that's considered incorrect by the courier, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs once we've confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned,  You'll be responsible for the reshipment (if and as applicable).

Diamond Lyfe Apparel doesn't accept returns of unsealed goods, such as face masks, which aren't suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping.


 We don't refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, also as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense. 
 

EU consumers: consistent with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the ECU Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the proper withdrawal might not be provided for:
1. the availability of products that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return thanks to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Diamond Lyfe Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, no matter any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
